A shuttle will be available to transport speakers to and from the event (exact shuttle times to be displayed on this page by Thursday, 2 November 2023), or you may opt to walk to the venue. If you choose to forgo staying at the AlKozama KAUST hotel, please note that there are many hotels located in the north of Jeddah, approximately 1 hour drive to the event venue.

For all visitors arranging their own transportation to KAUST, please note that there will be a shuttle bus provided at the KAUST gate. Busses will be taking visitors from the gate to building 19 on a 15-minute schedule.
